Radarra McLendon is the Founder and President of the Village of Reading and a passionate community servant. A Reading native and daughter of a single mother whose work is focused on impacting the problem of inner-city youth violence. She is on a mission to empower, encourage, and uplift inner-city young adults by ensuring a safe haven through community guidance and resources. She is inspired daily by her son and for those that she lost too soon due to senseless acts of violence.
